star.<region/mission>.usgs.gov_fullchain.crt: Wildcard certificate with intermediate and root certificates included. Use when verification fails with the standard .crt.

star.<region/mission>.usgs.gov.pfx: Widcard certificate in common Windows/IIS format; this file contains both cert and key.

Please note that the user is responsible for maintaining the certificate,
including noting and preparing for certificate expiration.

This current certificate will expire Oct 23, 2023.
